Verifield holds the record for assets people answer for. These are the rules it's built on, and they don't bend for convenience.

The Verifield platform and the data it holds are hosted in Australia.

We read your systems. We never write to them.

Verifield reads meters, portals, controllers and plant control systems. It sends nothing back: it can't change a setpoint, switch a device or alter a reading.

Your data is kept apart, twice

The application scopes every request to your organisation, and the database enforces the same boundary on its own. Each layer is tested to hold without the other.

Every file is checked at the door

Each file and feed is checked for what it is, whether it's a duplicate and whether the sender is allowed. Anything that fails is quarantined for a person, never dropped.

Every fact can be traced

Each fact carries its source, its version and when it arrived. Nothing is overwritten: a correction is a new fact, and any decision can be replayed.

People decide

AI agents read, explain and prepare; they don't decide. Any failed check, any conflict with the record and anything below your confidence threshold waits for a person, whose name goes on the decision.

Everything is logged

Every read and every change of the record is logged with who, when and from where, including requests that were refused.

Contractors see only their work

A contractor sees the work orders they hold and nothing else.

The record belongs to you

It's your record, not ours. How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.
